What we collect

Your name and email address, the video you upload, its title, description and recording date, and a record of the confirmations you ticked (with the time).

Basic technical details, such as your IP address, are used for a short time to stop misuse and spam.

Why we collect it

To check that a real person is sending the video, to email you a code and a confirmation, and so the INC team can review your video.

Who can see your video

This website does not show videos to the public. Only authorised members of the INC team can sign in and watch them.

If you agreed to it when sending your video, INC may use, edit, publish and share it, with credit to your name.

How it is stored

Videos are kept in private, encrypted storage in India. Staff access is protected by a sign-in code, and every watch, download and delete is recorded.

We use trusted services to run this website: Cloudflare (to check that visitors are people), Amazon Web Services (storage) and Resend (to send emails).

Cookies

We use one short-lived cookie while you send a video, so the site remembers you between steps. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us to remove your video by quoting your reference number, using the contact details published on the main INC website.
